Personal Data Processing Procedures at Vilniaus Kolegija
Events at the Faculty of Business Management of Vilniaus Kolegija are photographed and/or filmed in accordance with the Description of Personal Data Processing Procedures at Vilniaus Kolegija (points 208-211).
208. Events are organized in the institution’s premises and territory, during which data subjects may be photographed and/or filmed. The institution processes this video data for publicity purposes based on the consent of the data subject, provided that the data subjects are informed about the video surveillance and photography before the event begins and through public informational signs.
209. Video data of data subjects captured during events organized by the institution (including but not limited to photographs) may be published in places such as the institution’s social media accounts, website, media portals, and other media, including promotional brochures.
210. Participants in events organized by the institution have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of video data for publicity purposes. Expressions of will regarding such data processing can be submitted by contacting the institution’s data protection officer.
211. Video data captured during events organized by the institution shall be stored no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of data processing.
